Learning objectives:
By          by the end of the lesson students will be able:
·        To present project works out of plasticine
·        To ask and answer ‘Is it a rubber? Yes, it is. No, it isn’t. What’s this? What colour is it?’
Assumed knowledge of pupils:
Concept: convention of game playing. 
Recycled language: a pen, a pencil, a ruler, a book, a copybook, a pencil-case, a desk, a computer, a rubber, an apple.What’s this? What colour is it?, touch, say, count, listen and do, listen, point, guess.
Language support resources: flashcards of school things, a ball, game, MP 3/ CD, active song

Starter / Warmer 5mins
1.    Stand up. Make a circle. Sing a song
2.     “ Hello ”.
3.    Game with a ball: teacher throw the ball to every sudent in turn and asks “ How are you? ”
4.    Look and do: teacher shows the smiles and asks students to draw their smiles. Then check by asking “ how are you? ”. 
5.    Students do the same asking each other
Speaking

Active game  3 mins
1.    Game ‘Password’
Active game:
students name one school item and enter the classroom

Presentation activity 10 mins
1.    Listen to the CD
2.    Open your book p. 25 – look, listen and say ‘What is the girl doing?
3.     Students  make classroom objects out of coloured plasticine.
4.    Pair work
‘Is it a pencil? No, it isn’t. What’s this? It’s a ruler. What’s colour is it? It’s green.’
5.Students present their works e.g. It’s a book. It’s red.

1.’Magic Box’  game
Students are on the carpet in a circle. They pass the box with plasticine classroom objects. The teacher stops the music and the student holding the box close his eyes, takes one object and asks e.g. Is it a pencil? What colour is it?

1.    What school things  do you remember? Name them.
2.    Do you like the lesson?
3.    Take your smiles and draw the smile. Show me.
